When will you pay my refund? /

You can request your payout as soon as we have received the store’s payment of your refund.

You can track the status of your refund at any time in your account under “Refunds”.

• Under “Refund status,” you can see the current stage of your refund.
• Under “Details,” you can find the average processing time of the store.

This helps you understand where your refund is in the process and how long it may take.

🕐 Timeframes can vary per store

Each store has its own payment process and terms.
Some stores pay within a day, while others may take 1 week, 14 days, 30 days, 60 days, or even up to 90 days. On average, the processing time is around 30 days.

The timing of your refund is based on the average processing time of the store handling your claim.
Please note that actual payments may arrive earlier or later depending on the store’s processing speed.

As soon as the store has transferred the VAT refund to us, you will automatically be notified via email and in the app.
