In the departure hall, follow the icon below to report to customs.

This customs office is open every day, including weekends, from 7 am to 10 pm. Want to drop by at another time? Then head to the customs office in the Arrivals Hall. This is located next to the passenger exit. Ring the bell and a customs officer will be able to assist you further.

For transfer passengers, you can find customs in the Gates B commercial area.

• A complete purchase invoice containing the name and address of the store, quantity and description of the exported goods, identity of the purchaser (name, passport number and non-EU address)
• If you don't have a complete invoice an additional tax-free form can help to get some employees to stamp your receipts

• If you have an EU passport; proof of residence outside the EU
