Partner stores
Most of our partner stores allow you to register your VAT refund claim directly in-store via Easyclaim.
Scan the QR code provided by the store.
Follow the steps in-store to register your claim.
Purchases are automatically registered with Dutch Customs. Passport checks are done in-store.
Once you have a verified account, you no longer need to have your passport checked for each purchase.
Non-partner stores / online purchases
Download our app (Google Play | Apple Store) or create an account via our website.
Register your purchases via our app/website before departure.
Make sure your receipts include the following information:
➤ Your full name
➤ Country of residence
➤ Passport number
Once we review and approve your submission, the receipts will be forwarded to Dutch customs. Or when leaving from another EU country, you will need to bring your receipts (and tax-free forms if required) to customs for manual validation. Find more information here.
🕹️ The digital proof of export from Dutch customs (for Dutch receipts) will automatically be registered in our system, initiating the refund process.
If you obtained a manual ink stamp from customs, upload a photo of the stamped document to your claim.
Our audit team will review your uploaded documents, and after approval, the refund process will begin.
📧 We will keep you updated on the status of your claim by email and in your account.
💰 Once we receive the store’s payment of your refund, you’ll be notified and can request a payout via your account.
