Once we receive the refund payment from the store, you will be notified by email.
After receiving this notification, log in to your vatfree.com account and open the relevant claim. A blue “Request payout” button will appear—click this to proceed.
You can then select your preferred payment method and confirm your payment details to complete the process.
Please note: the payout option only becomes available after the store has processed and paid your refund.
