To qualify for a lower service fee you can submit:

A confirmation by email from another Tax-Free company, stating their service fee and/or refund amount for your particular purchase
Keep in mind that some Tax-Free companies may have varying refund rates per store and country. Therefore, we request proof for each specific purchase.
