I receive an error while trying to upload documents in the app. What now? /
If you're having trouble uploading images/documents to the app you can try the following:
- Update your app (look for updates in your app-store). If the app is not updated some features don't the way they are supposed to.
- Log in to your account via a browser on your computer instead of via the app. Often, if a feature is not working properly in the app, it will work in a browser. When logging in via the website instead of via app, make sure to use the same email address, password or login service you used to login via the app.
- Let us know by email ([email protected]) that you're having trouble and add your documents in the attachments. We'll upload them to your account for you.
