What does my customer need to submit a correct tax-free claim? /

To process a VAT refund correctly, the customer must provide:

• The original purchase receipt (including VAT)

• A valid passport or EU travel document

• Customs verification upon departure from the EU
  (Until the end of 2025: a physical stamp / From 2026: digital verification)

• Any additional details such as IBAN, Visa or credit card number (for payout)
